Throughout May 2024, our team visited the selected schools, engaging over 500 students with interactive presentations and hands-on activities. We highlighted the environmental advantages of renewable energy sources such as solar and wind power, including their role in reducing greenhouse gas emissions and combating climate change. The students also learned about the health benefits of minimizing pollution from fossil fuels.
To enhance understanding, we used art and painting exhibits to visually demonstrate the negative impacts of non-renewable energy on our planet and health. The sessions also included discussions on the economic benefits of renewable energy, emphasizing job creation and long-term cost savings.
These programs were well-received by students and teachers alike, sparking interest and discussions on sustainable energy practices. We are grateful for the enthusiastic participation and support from Urban Movement Innovation UMI, school administrations, which made these events successful.
